About the Role Responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service to our guests.
This role encompasses the creation, preparation, and presentation of a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, with a focus on innovation and quality.
The Bartender is also tasked with maintaining the bar area, managing inventory, training junior staff, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
The position requires a high level of creativity, customer service, and technical skill, contributing to the overall guest experience and the Hyatt's reputation for excellence.
Some of the responsibilities include: Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring that all drinks are made to Hyatt brand standards.
Assist with designing and developing innovative and seasonal cocktail menus that reflect Hyatt Hotel Canberra's brand and appeal to our diverse clientele.
Educate guests on drink choices, ingredients, and pairings, offering suggestions to complement their dining experience.
Provide attentive and personalised service, engaging with guests to enhance their experience.
