What you will be doing: Consistently offer professional, friendly and proactive guest service while supporting fellow colleaguesAssist guests regarding all beverage menu items in an informative and helpful wayMix drinks and control the beverage stock as per guidelinesHave full knowledge of beverage lists and promotionsHave knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methodsFollow outlet policies, procedures and service standardsQualifications Your experience and skills include: Previous Mixology experience including cocktail creation requiredExcellent knowledge of all beverage productsPrevious Point of Sale System experience an assetExcellent communication and organizational skillsStrong interpersonal and problem-solving abilitiesHighly responsible and reliableAbility to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work cohesively as part of a teamAbility to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all timesAdditional Information Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
