POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems.Issue, open, and serve wine/champagne bottles.Set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools.Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks.Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies.Transport supplies to bar set-up area.Wash soiled glassware.Remove soiled wares from bar top and tables and place in designated area.Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs.Follow all SOPs and LSOPs pertaining to cash handling.Process all payment methods.Count bank at end of shift, complete designated cashier reports, resolve any discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure bank.Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas.
Complete closing duties.Know and use correct terminology for all service equipment and utensils.Obtain requisition items for storeroom.Assist guests with personal belongings if necessary.Set tables to required standard.Assist guests with needs at all times.Assist in greeting and seating guests.Serve all food and beverage to guests according to the standard sequence and hotel service policies and procedures.Clear the guest's table to side stations.Perform opening and closing duties and preparation for the next operation as directed.Collect food orders from kitchen and deliver to guest.Stock service station with clean and proper operating equipment, utensils, food, and beverage and clean as per side duty schedule.Clear service station of soiled dishes and dirty equipment and send them to dishwashing area.Collect and polish equipment and utensils.Carry out duties in In Room Dining and the Restaurant as and when required.Assist with duties in the Executive Lounge where required.Assist with duties in Banquets where required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
