About Us:
We're a vibrant, high-energy hospitality group running two of the most exciting venues in Burleigh Heads! Our bar and restaurant are buzzing with creativity, great tunes, and even better drinks. Whether it's craft cocktails, local brews, or an unforgettable night out, we're all about giving our guests a killer experience—and we need a talented Bars Manager to lead the charge. If you've got the skills to manage not one but two awesome spots, let's talk!
The Role:
As our Bars Manager, you'll be running the bars at both of our venues. From leading a fun, dynamic team of bartenders to keeping the bar fully stocked and firing on all cylinders, you'll make sure every shift goes off without a hitch. We're looking for someone who's not only a pro behind the bar but also loves building an amazing team culture, creating memorable experiences, and working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. If you're ready to roll up your sleeves and have a blast doing it, this is the gig for you!
What You'll Be Doing: Managing Both Venues: Oversee the bars at two locations, making sure everything runs smoothly and the drinks keep flowing. Leading the Team: Get ready to inspire and lead a group of bartenders and barbacks. You'll be their go-to, helping them grow, learn, and deliver great service. Keeping Things Stocked & Smooth: You'll handle inventory across both venues, keeping track of stock, ordering supplies, and making sure everything's in tip-top shape. Creating a Vibe: It's all about the guest experience. You'll make sure every customer is having a blast, whether they're chilling with a cocktail or celebrating with friends. Staying on Top of Safety & Compliance: Keeping things safe is key. You'll make sure all health and safety standards are met and that we're always operating legally and responsibly. Planning Epic Events: Work with our marketing crew to bring new ideas to life—special events, themed nights, and exclusive tastings that keep our guests coming back for more! Driving Profits: You'll help manage costs and maximise revenue, keeping our venues profitable and running like a well-oiled machine. Collaborating Across Teams: You'll work hand-in-hand with kitchen staff, event planners, and other managers to create a seamless guest experience. What We're Looking For: Experience: You've worked in bar management before (bonus points if you've handled multiple locations or high-energy spots). Leadership Skills: You're a natural leader who knows how to motivate and support a team. Bar Expertise: You know your cocktails from your craft beers and have a solid understanding of bar operations. Financial Savvy: You're comfortable with inventory control, budgeting, and tracking expenses to keep things running smoothly. Customer-Focused: You're obsessed with delivering amazing customer experiences and know how to handle any situation with grace. Passion: You love the hospitality world and thrive in a busy, fun environment. Flexibility: Nights, weekends, and holidays? No problem—you love the energy that comes with working when the action's happening! What's in It for You: Competitive salary with opportunities for performance-based bonuses. The chance to work at two of the best venues in town. A fun, supportive, and creative work environment. Employee discounts—because we want you to enjoy our drinks too! Plenty of opportunities to grow and develop within a fast-growing hospitality group. And most importantly, the chance to work with a team that's as passionate about great drinks and great times as you are! Ready to Join the Fun?
If you're ready to roll up your sleeves and bring your A-game to two amazing venues, we want to hear from you! Send us your resume and a cover letter telling us why you're the perfect fit for the job. We can't wait to meet you!
