What you will do As a Senior Consultant, you will actively manage and deliver projects across our focus areas, provide technical and advisory services to clients, and support the BMCG Directors in opportunity pursuits and business development.
You will be supported in applying and refining your skills, knowledge, and professional development in your areas of expertise and interest.
As a senior member of the team, you will: Establish, manage, deliver, and govern projects, including designing and structuring rigorous and original solutions for our clients.
Apply technical and quality assurance and review within projects, informing technical, strategic, and advisory methods, processes, and solutions.
Lead, coordinate, and grow key client relationships as agreed upon with BMCG Directors and aligned with the business plan.
Have the opportunity to mentor and coach other consultants as we grow our team and support their ongoing growth and development.

Your practical experience To apply for this position, you will have experience and abilities across several of the following areas: Developing strategies and plans.
Exploring trends, issues and opportunities with clients to establish a preferred strategic direction or option.
Undertaking technical analysis of problems and developing tailored solutions.
Undertaking robust and insightful program evaluations and reviews.
Translating analysis into clear and practical advice (written and verbal).
Preparing and/or contributing to business cases, investment proposals and investment gateway processes.
Proposal preparation, defining and managing projects and liaising with clients and stakeholders.
Adapting and working effectively as part of multi-disciplinary teams in BMCG and externally, as part of broader client delivery teams.
Establishing rapport with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to self-manage and prioritise the delivery of multiple requirements to deadlines, ensuring a consistent level of quality even when under pressure.

Located in, or near, Adelaide, South Australia or Melbourne, Victoria.
Have a bachelor's degree or higher in a related discipline.
Have 8+ years of work experience in a professional services environment related to one or more of our areas of focus.
Be able to travel to BMCG's head office in Adelaide, South Australia, at least twice a year for a minimum of a week to meet project and business requirements.
