The Opportunity: This is a fantastic opportunity for a legal assistant looking for something a bit different, supporting a friendly and open Partner in a collaborative and social team.
Daily responsibilities in this role will include:
360 degree matter management from open to close; Financial and WIP reporting, timesheet collation and monthly billing; Diary and calendar management; Document preparation and general administration support. In addition, you'll be able to take ownership of:
Arranging national and international travel including accommodation, transport and travel packs; Assist with events planning and administration, attending events; Reviewing and editing social media content; Administering internal memos and newsletters. This is a full-time (Monday to Friday) role that offers remote work flexibility one day per week.

The Requirements: Listed below are the minimum expectations for technical skills, experience and qualifications which individuals need to meet in order to perform their role:
Intermediate to senior (4-10 years) experience supporting busy legal teams; Well-honed administration skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced role where conflicting priorities are the norm; PA skills including travel, event and calendar management and able to confidently communicate with senior stakeholders; Demonstrated proficiency handling matter administration from open to close; Able and willing to work paid overtime to attend to weekly projects and events.
