Trippas White Group is focused on delivering an exceptional experience and therefore needs outstanding Baristas to join The National Gallery of Australia's Café team. The Baristas will be responsible for assisting with the provision of café service, cash handling, customer service, and great coffee-making skills.
YouMUST have experience as a Barista, minimum 12 monthsBe able to successfully make excellent and different types of coffeeKnowledge of cold press, aero press, and all emerging coffee trendsCan work unsupervised at times as well as be part of a teamBe able to put as much pride and passion into a simple sandwich as a bespoke special events menuFlexible and willing attitude, strong written communication, and customer service skillsImmaculate grooming and pride in presentation that is translated the way your kitchen and team presentsA working understanding of Food Safety Standards; experience of HACCP would be advantageousApply To apply for this role, please fill out the additional questions on our careers page.
