Dangelo Cafe is seeking a passionate and skilled Barista to join our dynamic team in Fremantle, WA. This is a full-time position, where you will be responsible for crafting exceptional coffee experiences for our customers.
What you'll be doing Preparing high-quality espresso-based beverages, including coffees, lattes, cappuccinos, and other specialty drinksEnsuring consistent and exceptional drink quality by adhering to recipe specifications and using appropriate brewing techniquesProviding excellent customer service, offering recommendations and tailoring drinks to customer preferencesMaintaining a clean and organised workstation, ensuring all equipment is well-maintained and compliant with health and safety standardsCollaborating with the team to support the overall operations of the cafeWhat we're looking for Previous experience as a Barista, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced cafe environmentStrong knowledge of coffee origins, roast profiles, and brewing methodsExcellent attention to detail and the ability to consistently produce high-quality beveragesExceptional customer service skills, with a friendly and hospitable demeanourFlexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays About us
