The Position

Engage with customers, taking high volume coffee orders, ensuring each user is 100% satisfied.
Maintain coffee stocks and ensure your space is clean.
The ability to set, adjust, and correct machine and grinder settings.
Responsible for cleaning, maintenance, and daily step down of the machine.

The Person

We're looking for experienced baristas (true coffee connoisseurs) who are comfortable producing high-quality coffees.
Professional presentation – this is a front of house role, and you will be the face of the company to our users.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong work ethic and reliability - happy to work independently but also play a key role in the team.
Barista Qualification.
1 year of experience as a Barista.
