We focus on the individual, their needs and more broadly on positive impacts in the community.The Compass Group Casual Pool team are currently recruiting a Barista for our WA POOL:THE POSITION Utilise your solid understanding of coffee, brewing methods and grind adjustment to create a variety of coffeesSpeed, efficiency and A+ quality is vital as is the ability to set, adjust, correct machine and grinder settingsMaintain coffee stocks and ensure your space is cleanResponsible for cleaning, maintenance, and daily step down of machine THE PERSON Excellent communication, with superior customer service skills.We're after an experienced Barista who is comfortable producing high-quality consistent coffees, with speed!Barista Qualifications mandatoryCurrently hold or be willing to obtain a National Police check, Working with children's check and an RSA.
