The Role: Lead by example with high quality and exceptional customer service. Comfortable producing high-quality consistent coffees, with speed Excellent communication, with great customer service skills. Ensuring that the machine is maintained at optimal efficiency. Calibrating the grind at regular intervals. Provide a warm, friendly, and welcoming style of service to our amazing customers. The Person: You are a coffee aficionado with a passion for an excellent customer experience. You get to know your regulars and know their order by heart. You love a chat and can demonstrate assurance around your coffee expertise. You are highly polished and can thrive within a corporate environment.
