We're looking for a friendly and sociable Barista who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for great coffee and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities : Prepare espresso-based drinks with speed and precision, including basic latte art Open and close the shop, operate the till and EFTPOS machine Clean espresso equipment and maintain stock levels Provide exceptional customer service Contribute to a sustainable work environment, focusing on waste reduction and recycling Requirements : Minimum 2 years' experience in a fast-paced coffee shop, with a strong focus on quality service Good English and communication skills Physically fit - able to lift a 20kg water container Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work unsupervised Able to work well in a small team in a restricted space A salary between $73,150 - $74,000 will be offered to the successful candidate.
