Barista/Customer Service

We're on the lookout for experienced and dedicated baristas/front of house to join Seashells Coffee Bar in our new bigger space!
About you: have a genuine passion for the industry, with a willingness to learn and grow, strong work ethic, self-motivated with a positive attitude, happy/bubbly personality, and of course, previous experience in a fast-paced venue making coffee is essential.
We're open 7 days a week, so need someone who is available to work morning shifts, early afternoon closing shifts & weekend availability is a definite.
Key Roles: Minimum 1-4 years barista experience Ability to work well in a team environment Time management skills Multitasking Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Work well under pressure Cash handling Use of Square POS system Fantastic & consistent customer service Cleaning duties (ensuring the store remains at the highest level of hygiene) Opening and closing procedures of cafe Must be available weekends We're really looking for the right person who will blend into what we have created here at Seashells and provide consistent great tasting coffees every day with service and happy vibes!
Latte art skills would be a bonus!
Casual positions available; your availability will need to be provided.
