Roster: Friday 11:00-7:30pm Saturday 2:30-7:30pm Sunday 11:00-7:30pm - upto 20 hours What This Role Involves: Preparing and serving meals Re-stocking as required Special diet modifications including allergies/intolerances, supplements and texture modified purees Maintaining food hygiene and safety practices Assisting the broader team as required Preparing and presenting texture-modified foods
