About the role

Join our vibrant team at Brew Sandy Bay as a Barista / Cafe Allrounder. As a casual employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing high-quality coffee and food items in our bustling cafe located in Hobart, TAS 7000.
What you'll be doing Preparing and serving specialty coffee beverages to customersCrafting a variety of food items like sandwiches, salads and baked goodsProviding friendly and attentive customer service to ensure a positive dining experienceMaintaining a clean and organised workspaceAssisting with opening and closing procedures as neededCollaborating with the team to deliver efficient service during peak hoursWhat we're looking for Prior experience as a barista or cafe allrounder, preferably in a fast-paced environmentExcellent customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personalityStrong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a teamPassion for food and beverage preparation and a commitment to qualityFlexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidaysAbility to do 20hrs per week including weekdays and weekends with more hours as summer progressesMust be available over the December and January months What we offer
