We're looking for a passionate Bar Manager (internally known as an Assistant Manager) who thrives in a high-energy environment and is ready to lead the bar team to new heights. This role is key in delivering exceptional service, maintaining our premium craft beer selection, and ensuring our guests enjoy unforgettable experiences.
What you'll do: Be a motivational and inspiring leader, develop and train the team to ensure an exceptional guest experience every timeManage the day-to-day operations of the Venue - open/close, back of house administration, recruiting team members, rostering and assisting guestsBring your passion for good food and creating moments that matter for our guestsBe creative - develop and grow the business through your own initiativesWhat you'll need: Qualifications for your journey: RSA, RSG, RMLV, and Approved Manager (we can assist you in obtaining your RMLV and Approved Manager licence).Hospitality/Retail leadership experience, ideally working across food, bars and gamingAbility to lead, develop and coach a large, multi-skilled teamOperational experience to achieve financial and business targetsHighly developed customer service skillsThe benefits are good too!
