ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day bar operations, ensuring smooth service and exceptional customer satisfactionDevelop innovative cocktail menus and beverage programs that complement our culinary offeringsRecruit, train, and supervise bar staff, fostering a positive and productive work environmentMaintain inventory, conduct regular stock checks, and manage relationships with suppliersEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations and liquor lawsHandle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionallyImplement marketing strategies to increase bar revenue and attract new customersCollaborate with kitchen staff to create harmonious food and drink pairingsMonitor industry trends and introduce creative ideas to keep our bar offerings fresh and exciting QualificationsMinimum 3-5 years of experience as a Bar Manager in a high-volume establishmentStrong leadership skills and ability to motivate a teamExtensive knowledge of spirits, wines, beer, and cocktail craftingExcellent organisational and multitasking abilitiesStrong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skillsProficiency in inventory management and cost controlValid certification in responsible service of alcoholBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
