Bar Manager

HAPPY BOY is a busy, high turnover restaurant, just off James St in the Valley.
We have a strong focus on natural and small producer Australian wine, and run the restaurant alongside our big brother Snack Man, an award winning wine bar just next door.
We are looking for bartenders with classic cocktail knowledge who are comfortable working solo, and want to step up into a management/operations role.
If you've got some wine knowledge coming in that's great, but we provide a really high level of training and access to wine that you won't find anywhere else.
We can offer a stable roster, with consistent and reasonable finish times. A full time, generous salaried position is available for the right person.
