We are seeking a dedicated Bar and Gaming Supervisor to lead our team in one of Armidale's most exciting and unique venues!
Position Overview: As Bar Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of our operation, responsible for overseeing daily bar, gaming, and restaurant operations, along with managing inventory and ensuring high standards of service are consistently met.
You will have the opportunity to showcase your leadership skills and learn from long established staff members.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day bar operations, including opening and closing procedures.Ensure quality control for all beverages served and maintain a clean and organized bar area.Uphold and enforce all health, safety, and sanitation standards.Create a positive and inclusive work environment by providing guidance and support to staff.Requirements:
Confident communicator with good people skills.Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry (Desirable).Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and industry trends.Strong leadership and organisational skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.RSA and RSG (Essential).Perks & Benefits:
