Job Description Join our fun and supportive Food and Beverage team as a Bar and Gaming Duty Manager at the Oaks Grand Gladstone Hotel.

Key responsibilities:
Lead, support and manage the gaming lounge and Grand Pub team Organize, direct and evaluate the Pub's food and beverage service.
Promote food and beverage sales Ensure conference/functions packages are costed and quoted to ensure a profit Coach and motivate members of the Food & Beverage and Gaming lounge team Salary: 75,000k
Qualifications To be successful in this role you will need:
Previous supervisory experience Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Responsible service of gambling (RSG) Responsible Management of Licenced Venue (RMLV) or willing to obtain Strong communication and organisational skills.
A positive and energetic attitude.
