We are an affiliated member of Netball Victoria.We provide NetSetGo, junior and senior netball competitions.
Seasons 1 and 2 align with the school semesters.We have 4 indoor courts and 2 additional undercover outdoor courts.
We provide qualified umpires and friendly association staff facilitating the smooth operation of these competitions.About the roleThe BDNA Competition Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the Association's operating activities.
The role reports to the Board President (or delegate) and works closely with the BDNA Committee members, Bookkeeper, and office staff.Key Duties and Responsibilities:Coordinate BDNA Administration for competitions on Thursday evenings and Saturdays.Liaise with BDNA clubs and entity teams throughout the year.Season set up through Netball Connect.Manage court hire bookings with Banyule Council.Manage and maintain Google Drive including Google Docs and Sheets.Create weekly fixtures throughout the season and manage grading process.Create weekly window sheets for onsite staff and umpires.Coordinate BDNA NetSetGO program and school holiday clinics.Order and manage BDNA medals/trophies.Manage BDNA email account.Communicate with Netball Victoria when required.Creation and maintenance of competition records (including Bylaws) necessary for the effective operations of BDNA.Provide the Board with regular and timely advice including monthly Operations reports and annual AGM report.Attend BDNA Board meetings if required.Qualifications and Experience:Netball Connect knowledge advantageousMicrosoft Office SuiteGmail and Google SheetsStrong communication skillsWorking with Children Check#J-18808-Ljbffr
