In this role, you will be responsible for food production and event management at our Perth venue. Your duties will include:
Managing a high volume of food production and event execution while keeping with Cliftons quality standards Designing menus – morning and afternoon teas, buffet-style catering, and plated events Overseeing and monitoring food deliveries, stock, costs, and equipment Supervising and rostering casual kitchen staff Providing exemplary customer service to our clients and delegates. What Type Of Person Will Be Successful
To succeed in this role, you should have extensive experience in corporate catering / commercial cooking experience. You should be innovative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. Key requirements include:
