Your duties will include:
Managing a high volume of food production and event execution while keeping with Cliftons quality standardsDesigning menus – morning and afternoon teas, buffet-style catering, and plated eventsOverseeing and monitoring food deliveries, stock, costs, and equipmentSupervising and rostering casual kitchen staffProviding exemplary customer service to our clients and delegates.What Type Of Person Will Be Successful To succeed in this role, you should have extensive experience in corporate catering / commercial cooking experience. You should be innovative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. Key requirements include:
