We are looking for Customer Service superstars to express interest in our Customer Engagement Centre roles, where they will provide phone-based support to our customers during our 24-hour service 7 days a week. These opportunities are Part-time (8 hours/3 or 4 days a week) and Full-time with hours spanning across 7 days a week, on rotation from Monday - Sunday 24 hours.

On a daily basis you will provide quick, accurate and up-to-date answers to customers' queries, ensuring that you resolve all the calls you are skilled to take. Our Customer Engagement Centre is a customer-centric environment; we are always there for our customers when they need us the most.
Your responsibilities: Be the warm and engaging voice of the business that our customers hear when they call inContribute to the team's vision and values whilst adding value to every customer's enquiry and interactionReceive inbound calls from customers, offering resolution of the query at first pointProvide customers with information relating to their products, services and transactional informationBe aware of the operational risk, regulatory compliance and occupational health and safety requirements that apply in your area of businessStart date: Tuesday 28th January 2025
Hours and Training:
Training is a compulsory component and you will need to attend all training dates to be successful for the position. This will begin on your start date and run for 3 weeks full time in the office located at our Melbourne office at 357 Collins Street at 12:00pm- 8:00pm AEST (Daylight savings) and 11:00am- 7:00pm AEST (Non-daylight savings) which you will then commence your allocated shift times after completion.
