About the Role We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Marketing Graduate to join our dynamic marketing team at Bankstown Sports Club. This role will provide support across various marketing functions and associated venues, offering a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and exciting environment. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in the hospitality industry and a strong desire to learn and grow within the field of marketing.
Responsibilities Work closely and support Marketing Specialists across campaigns, live entertainment & events, digital, CRM and brand. Provide administrative support and assist with cross-functional projects. Assist in the implementation and monitoring of marketing campaigns. Help coordinate promotional initiatives and marketing collateral for Bankstown Sports Club and associated venues, ensuring brand consistency. Coordinate with the design agency to produce collateral and promotional materials. Support the creation of engaging content, including copywriting, photography, and videography. Assist in updating and maintaining website content, digital screens, and app content. Help manage social media accounts and provide content recommendations. Assist in the planning and execution of live events, entertainment and member promotions. Coordinate with Live Events Manager to ensure successful event delivery. Assist in gathering and analysing data to inform marketing decisions. Minimum Requirements Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing platforms. Passion for the hospitality industry and a strong desire to learn and grow in marketing. Initiative-taking, enthusiastic, and willing to take on new challenges. Familiarity with content creation tools such as Photoshop and Canva is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong multitasking abilities and time-management skills.
