The Role

Pacific Energy is growing rapidly, and we are looking for the right person to primarily be responsible for bank account reconciliation, daily cash management, and cashflow forecasting. You will also be responsible for the administration of the banking portal and other treasury-related operational activities.
As the Banking Officer, your drive for efficiency will proactively contribute and assist in the continuous improvement of processes to ensure best practice and exemplary customer service.
Key Responsibilities: Bank account reconciliation on a daily basis Assist with credit card reconciliation including monthly claims and reconciling payments Monitor and manage the company's daily cash position to cover cash commitments and coordinate intercompany funding Managing cashflow forecasting Bank account management System Administration role for the banking portal Assist with the development of process documentation Assist in executing issuance/cancellation and monitoring of bank guarantees Ensure settlement of all treasury transactions Maintain bank guarantee register and follow up matured bank guarantees for cancellation Measurement and reporting of working capital management metrics.
