This is an opportunity to join an exceptional firm where the Partners are held in high regard across Australia and internationally for their expertise.This team acts for major mining and resources companies, multinationals, and completes complex B&F work for borrowers (major corporations and mid-cap companies) as well as both domestic and international financiers.About the role:Given this team's current volume of work, we are seeking lawyers at the SA, Associate, and Junior Lawyer levels, to provide advice on a full range of corporate, major projects, resources, property, and structured finance transactions to leading organisations, including:Corporate, acquisition, and transaction financingMajor project development and property financingCommodity-based financing transactionsComplex and structured bilateral, club and syndicated financing arrangementsRestructuring, advising on, and turn-around of existing financing arrangementsAttracting some of the most complex B&F work in the Australian legal market, this is an opportunity for lawyers looking to make their next career move and advise a broad spectrum of high-quality clients, within a high-performing team.Who we are looking for:We are interested in speaking with B&F Lawyers with 2-15+ years' PAE, either with prior experience in B&F or an interest in learning this area of law – ideally from leading national or international firms. The successful candidates will be motivated individuals with strong technical knowledge and a dedication to delivering exceptional client service.We are also interested in speaking with lawyers with experience is other practice areas and seeking to move into Banking & Finance.
