This is a high-performing, cohesive and busy team with excellent prospects for career development.This Sydney based opportunity will see you working for a specialist practice providing practical legal advice and undertaking the recoveries on a wide range of finance transactions including general corporate banking, leveraged and acquisition finance, real estate finance and structured finance, representing banks, financial institutions and corporate borrowers.The opportunities available to join this practice will see you involved in either:LitigationDisputes involving personal property securities transactionsDisputes involving accounting for profit between mortgagees and mortgagor; andDrafting originating processes and supporting affidavit for secured mortgage recovery and related proceedings and all other end-to-end litigationAdvisory Advising on corporate lending transactions (acting for both lenders & borrowers);Leveraged acquisition finance transactions and project finance transactions; andEngaging in the drafting, negotiating and reviewing:loan facility agreements, security documentationinter-creditor agreementsancillary documentscorporate authority documents.
