Duties Working with an experienced partner, you will be advising high-profile clients on complex and important front-end banking and finance matters.
Some of the work will include fund work, corporate finance, asset finance and property and construction finance.
About You A mid-senior lawyer ( 1+ PQE ) with Banking & Finance experience; relevant Law Degree or Juris Doctor , coupled with strong academics; excellent communication and clientele skills; ability to provide technically sound legal advice; and have a strong work ethic, being able to work on matters independently.
