As a Banking Consultant, you will have the opportunity to: Provide our customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting each customer's end-to-end banking needs across transaction activities, needs-based conversations and educating them on digital solutions, Be part of a collaborative team and act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience, Contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy, and create real customer value, Actively participate in and support bank programs and initiatives, Take responsibility to 'know your customer' from a risk perspective, and Ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.
