About the Role As a Banking Consultant in our Retail Banking, you'll play a key role in helping to provide customers with a seamless banking experience, through meeting each customer's end-to-end financial needs and goals across transaction activities, needs-based conversations and educating them on the financial solutions available, including digital. You will deliver a high standard of customer service to ensure customers are not only satisfied but strong advocates for ANZ. Role Location: 115 Charlotte Street, Cooktown QLD 4895 and other branches within the district
Work Hours: Part-time
Monday: 08:30 AM - 03:00 PM (30 minute break) = 6.00 hours
Tuesday: 09:00 AM - 02:00 PM = 5.00 hours
Wednesday: Not Rostered
Thursday: Not Rostered
Friday: 09:00 AM - 02:00 PM = 5.00 hours
Saturday: Not Rostered

What will your day look like? As a Banking Consultant, you will have the opportunity to:
Provide our customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting each customer's end-to-end banking needs across transaction activities, needs-based conversations and educating them on digital solutions.Be part of a collaborative team and act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience.Contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy, and create real customer value.Actively participate in and support bank programs and initiatives.Take responsibility to 'know your customer' from a risk perspective.Ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.What will you bring? To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Exceptional customer focus - retail experience is an advantage.Experience in being a user and promoter of technology - working knowledge in using different digital channels is an advantage.Ability to multi-task and highly adaptable to change and ambiguity.Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment.Sound understanding of compliance.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
