As a Banking Consultant, you'll be part of an innovative hybrid work culture that emphasizes a 50-50 balance between in-office presence and remote work. Once training is complete and you settle into the role, you'll enjoy a rhythm of in-office and remote work that brings out the best in you.

In this role, you will unravel complexity and make financial matters simple for our cherished customers. Your canvas will be the inbound contact centre, where you'll meet and exceed customer needs with every interaction.
Role Type: Multiple vacancies! Permanent, full-time roles on offer with different rosters to choose from (see below)
Role Location: Brisbane QLD

Option 1: Full time 37.5 hours - Monday – Friday, 7AM -10 AM start time Option 2: Full time 37.5 hours - Monday – Friday, 11AM – 2PM start time Option 3: Full time 37.5 hours - Tuesday – Saturday, 7AM – 10AM start time What will your day look like?As a Banking Consultant, you will:
Deliver excellent customer service by providing efficient solutions and responses to customer enquiries.Handle everyday banking enquiries, account openings, and processes via telephone.Listen actively, build trust, and ask relevant questions to exceed customer expectations and improve outcomes.Contribute to maintaining a balanced team culture that prioritizes people, customers, risk, and performance.What will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service with demonstrated experience in customer service roles.Proficiency in using computer systems and ability to navigate multiple systems.Strong verbal communication skills to listen, build rapport, and convey complex information effectively.High level of resilience, empathy, and adaptability to handle various customer situations.While previous call centre experience is desired, it is not necessary. Suncorp Bank is willing to provide training for candidates with a passion for providing outstanding customer service.Commitment to self-development and eagerness to enhance skills and capabilities in the role.Ability to work collaboratively as a supportive team member.You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
