As our Executive Business Manager, you'll join our Group Finance team to ensure the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities, as well as the successful implementation of our strategic initiatives. As our Executive Business Manager, you will be pivotal in overseeing operations, change management, people and culture, and communications across the Group Finance division.
You'll get to partner and work closely with our Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to ensure that our objectives are met, and our team are aligned and committed to our goals. This role requires a high level of sensitivity and the ability to anticipate, filter, and accelerate problem solving as appropriate, ensuring that the Group CFO can focus on key decision-making areas.
You'll also operate as the key contact and coordination point in the Group CFO Office, managing and coordinating business-sponsored projects, initiatives, and reporting for various governance forums, including the Board.

About you: You are a highly organised and strategic thinker with a very strong background in financial services. Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, allow you to effectively convey complex information to a variety of stakeholders, and of course, you have a keen eye for detail and can balance managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Your ability to build strong relationships and influence others is second to none! You thrive in a collaborative environment knowing how to motivate and encourage through large-scale transformations. It is clear that you are passionate about driving business performance, committed to continuous and with your proven experience within the banking or financial sector, you'll be able to hit the ground running!
Your critical thinking and problem-solving skills enable you to identify and address anything that comes your way, proactively, ensuring that our team remains compliant and aligned with both divisional and business-wide objectives.
