As a Bank Manager, you'll be the head and heart of a frontline banking team that loves to exceed the expectations of our local customers, whilst playing a hands-on role in a community you're proud to call your own.

You'll be the driving force behind your branch's success – holding financial, risk and operational accountability – ensuring customer advocacy is at the heart of all you and your team do.
You will recruit, coach and elevate your team to deliver a superior banking experience, ultimately contributing to the branch's success.
This is a large branch, and so existing Banking and Leadership experience is essential.
How will I help?
