Location: Hobart
Contract Length: 3 + months
Rate: $69 per hour + super

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.Screening and shortlisting of candidates Coordinate and schedule interviewsBuild and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.Provide guidance and support to junior recruitment staff, as needed.Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in recruitmentStrong understanding of recruitment best practices, techniques, and tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.Ideal: previous experience in government Apply directly using the link provided or by submitting your CV.
