An exciting full-time position is available for a junior finance officer to join our support office team in South Melbourne . Ideally, you are quick on your feet and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities Accurately processing supplier invoices A timely preparation of payment runs Reconcile suppliers' statement, AP ledgers, bank accounts, and credit card transactions Assist with month-end closing processes, including preparing accounts payable related reports and journals Assist in the implementation of best practice financial internal controls, policies, and processes Support payroll's onboarding and offboarding processes Assist with queries regarding parent account statements Skills & Experience Minimum 2 years' of accounting experience Solid understanding of basic accounting principles Understanding intercompany transactions Ability to work effectively to deadlines as well as support finance team to meet tight deadlines Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks Detail-oriented and organised An excellent team player with a customer-service mindset Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills with suppliers and internal stakeholders Intermediate computer skills, including but not limited to MS Office WHAT'S ON OFFER?
