About the role This role is responsible for managing Balter's relationships with "Key Independent Retail Groups". This will be done through supporting and aligning with CUB on activity with targeted customers. Working collectively with customers to extend the range and to support the field team with all retail opportunities.
Other responsibilities will include supporting National Retail Sales Manager with analytical & administrational support to deliver profit & volume targets.
Targeted groups but not limited to: IBA, Bottlemart, Liquor Legends, Thirsty Camel, Liquor Barons.
The location for the role is preferably at our Brewery in Currumbin, on the Gold Coast; but it is also possible to be remotely located in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane.
Some stuff you'll be doing Conduct promotional planning with the banner Customer contact CUB support and alignment Ensure program execution Monitor business performance and review activity Be the expert in all things store and field related for relevant banners National banner support The perks Free beer (yes, the rumours are true) Weekly BBQ and sweet merch Supportive team and Awesome friendly crew Car allowance, laptop and phone About you Self-motivated with bucket loads of energy and enthusiasm Strong industry knowledge, contacts and experience in designated market Natural leadership skills and ability to gain results through others Preferably you hold a Bachelor degree and at least 2 years experience in sales Proven track record of sales success with a basic understanding of commercial maths You have the ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders You have a strong work ethic, are self motivated, reliable and persistent This sounds like me… how do I apply?
