About the role The Balter brand continues to experience incredible growth and to keep driving momentum, the marketing team is looking for a driven and proactive Brand Manager to focus on brand building, differentiation and engagement across all touchpoints, to assist in cementing Balter's position as an Iconic Australian brand in the beer landscape.
This role requires being both an amazing project manager, and a roll-up-your-sleeves and get it done kind of skillset.
Some stuff you'll be doing Support brand strategy and execution across media, core communications, and innovation Collaborate with creative, media, and digital agencies to introduce Balter to new fans Develop insight-driven brand activities focusing on commercial outcomes and collaborate with various teams and agencies, including category, insights and digital Assist in amplifying our brand at state/national based partnerships, such as The Australian Open, Mick Fanning Charity Golf Day, and lead brand activations such as the Balter Birthday, Tins of Glory, GABS festival. Drive the digital strategy across platforms (with a focus on e-commerce, organic and paid social media, EDMs) and create engaging digital content to boost brand awareness and consumer desire Enhance e-commerce merchandise metrics through digital and taproom activations Prepare monthly dashboards on key brand metrics: brand health, engagement, executions, e-commerce, and activations Take the lead on the Currumbin Balter Tappy activations: theming, design briefs, digital strategy, merch and events Support limited release programs and amplify taproom campaigns The perks Free beer (yes, the rumours are true) Working with a highly engaged and dynamic marketing team Strong career progression opportunities Free lunch every Friday with the entire team About you You are ready for the next step in your career, to make a difference in a highly successful company and to help others to succeed. Your excellent time management skills allow you to work effectively to deadlines and manage unexpected complexities. You have a strong understanding of and skills in social and digital media, Shopify, working with creatives and of course, a love of Beer.
