You will be responsible for providing passenger and baggage screening services at the airport. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team which builds strong relationships with internal stakeholders. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Passenger & checked baggage screeningManagescreening at security checkpoints within the airportRespond to all enquiriesComplete reportsSkills & Experience Certificate II in Security Operations – must be willing to obtainCertificate II in Transport Security ProtectionAviation training qualification provided for suitable candidates – Certificate IITransport Security ProtectionNSW Security Licence; 1A as a minimum – must be willing to obtainASIC clearance or ableto obtainNSW driver licenceAbility to successfully passa Drug & Alcohol screeningAvailability to work a 24/7 rosterExcellent verbal and written communicationskillsIf you are interested in joining the security industry but do not hold a qualification or licence, please take the time to consider our Scholarship Program.
