Balco Australia Pty Ltd is a major supplier of hay and straw products to international markets. We are now seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join the Sales & Marketing team based at our head office located in Adelaide.
Reporting to the Group Sales Manager, this newly created role is designed to expand our customer base and improve market presence through effective and strategic campaigns.
Key responsibilities will include: Designing and implementing marketing strategies, in collaboration with technical advisors, to improve market presence, end user technical knowledge and secure new customer base in global markets. Coordinating customer engagement strategies to strengthen and maintain existing relationships. Developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies for Balco's product to maximise sales and profitability in international markets. Analysing market data and identifying new opportunities to drive sales growth. Monitoring and analysing sales performance against forecasts, providing regular updates and actionable insights to management on key performance indicators, market trends, and customer satisfaction. Preparing and presenting regular sales reports and aligning long-term sales plans with customer needs and market trends to ensure sustainable growth. Responding to customer queries with product solutions. The successful candidate will possess the following: Degree qualification in sales and marketing or similar is required. Demonstrated experience in sales and marketing of a similar product. Experience in export sales to Asian markets is preferred. Excellent engagement and communication skills with global customers, suppliers, and stakeholders. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. High proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office products. Good attention to detail, numeracy, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional organisational and analytical capabilities.
