Bakery Manager - Full Time, Redwoodtown

Woolworths Supermarkets – Seddon, South Island We're looking for a Bakery Manager to join our Woolworths Redwoodtown team. As well as a passion for people and baking we are looking for our new leader to have: Previous baking experience as well as ordering, stocktake and rostering systems Previous people leadership experience in a Bakery environment A strong customer focus and excellent communication skills Excellent prioritisation skills which will enable you to manage your workload The ability to train and motivate a winning team A day in the life of a Bakery Manager could look like: Meeting daily and weekly targets, KPI's, ordering, stock taking and rostering Ensure the best level of service for our bakery customers Train and develop staff in your department including fellow Bakers & Apprentices Championing Health, Safety and Food Safety practices The hours and days for this Bakery Manager position are Sunday to Thursday 0300-1230 .
