Bakery Foh Assistant Manager/Barista

- Come and work at our established Bakery. We have a great team, front of house and back of house.
You must be a hospitality professional with excellent coffee knowledge and confidence on the coffee machine and latte art.
Responsibilities:Helping to manage the front-of-house team, including scheduling and training.Ensure a high level of customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and handling any complaints or issues.Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house area, including seating areas, counters, and displays.Oversee the presentation and restocking of baked goods and other products in display cases.Collaborate with the bakery team to ensure smooth operations between the front and back of house.Handle cash and card transactions, manage the register, and balance daily sales reports.Assist in creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the values and brand of Candied Bakery.The right candidate must also love baked goods and be eager to learn.
Rotation of weekend day off, discounts on purchases, and a flexible 4-5 day work week with opportunities for growth are offered.
Plenty of support from supervisors and owners, and you will have Xmas and New Year's off.

As the Assistant Front of House Manager at Candied Bakery, you will assist the manager in ensuring that customers receive friendly, prompt service, handle customer inquiries, maintain the cleanliness of the front area, and assist with daily operations to create a positive and efficient environment.
You must have excellent specialty coffee experience and will be required to train and maintain the high standard of coffee we serve.
