We have a delightful opportunity available now for a hardworking and enthusiastic Bakers Assistant/ Apprentice Baker to join our team at Bakers Delight Castletown-Townsville If you are someone who loves to get up early to make the most of the day, to earn a crust, to do a job you love, then you are exactly the type of person we want at Bakers Delight!
At Bakers Delight, our Apprentice Bakers are responsible for: Baking and presenting quality product to meet changing customer needs Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the bakery Providing delightful customer service when required Assisting with stock control and production expenses To be considered for this 'roll', you will need to: Have a passion for baking Be a morning person! Shifts commence at 6am. Have a positive attitude, love working in a team environment and learning new skills Be prepared to work hard and love getting your hands dirty Thrive working in a fast-paced environment. Be available to work a 7-day rotating roster. Have basic literacy and numeracy skills. Weekend work with penalty rates available. *Junior candidates accepted (school leavers)

*To be eligible for an Australian Apprenticeship you must be an Australian Citizen or a Permanent Resident. Apprentices will receive formal training and support from day one.
