As a Qualified Baker at Bakers Delight, you will be responsible for Baking and presenting quality product to meet changing customer needs Coaching and supporting the development of Apprentices and Bakers Assistants Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the bakery Assisting with stock control and production expenses Providing delightful customer service when required As a passionate baker and Pastry Chefs at Bakers Delight, you will be responsible for Have completed qualification in retail baking baking Be a team player Be used to starting work early Be comfortable working in a busy production environment Take pride in producing high quality products Love seeing customers enjoy their products In return, we offer The opportunity to work with a well-renowned brand, while also maintaining the feeling of a family-owned business

At Bakers Delight, our Apprentice Bakers are responsible for:
Baking and presenting quality product to meet changing customer needs Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the bakery Providing delightful customer service when required Assisting with stock control and production expenses To be considered for this 'roll', you will need to: Have a passion for baking Be willing to enter into an apprenticeship, or demonstrate successful completion of prior learning modules, if already undertaking an apprenticeship Be a morning person! Some shifts commence from 2am Have a positive attitude, love working in a team environment and learning new skills Be prepared to work hard and love getting your hands dirty Be available to work a 7 day rotating roster. Have basic literacy and numeracy skills *To be eligible for an Australian Apprenticeship you must have full Australian working rights. Apprentices will receive formal training and support from day one.
