Skills & Experience A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role Have a solid understanding of retail Hold Baker qualifications or equivalent industry experience Understanding of local marketplace and seasonal trends Understand food safety standards and hold a Food Handling Certificate Ability to thrive in a high-volume kitchen and retail setting.
