DescriptionABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking an apprentice and a qualified Bakers, Pastry Chefs, and Chef to join our team to produce hand-made artisan breads and pastries.
We're using some state of the art equipment along with staying true to our artisan craft and hand forming products.
The Bakery operates 7 days a week, across 2 sites. Shifts are mostly daytime hours, although we are always cross-training and ensuring the nighttime shifts are shared. Weekend work is expected.
Remuneration will be based on experience.

Not only does Three Mills supply hand-made sourdough and pastries direct to our customers through our 6 cafes, we also supply local Canberra cafes, restaurants, and independent grocers.
