ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an apprentice and a qualified Bakers, Pastry Chefs, and Chef to join our team to produce hand-made artisan breads and pastries.
We're using some state of the art equipment along with staying true to our artisan craft and hand forming products.
The Bakery operates 7 days a week, across 2 sites. Shifts are mostly daytime hours, although we are always cross-training and ensuring the nighttime shifts are shared.
Remuneration will be based on experience.

Not only does Three Mills supply hand-made sourdough and pastries direct to our customers through our 6 cafes, we also supply local Canberra cafes, restaurants, and independent grocers.

Rethink & improve.
Share. Share knowledge, share skills, share kindness; be generous.
Liaise with the Executive Pastry Chef on a daily basis, reporting any issues or concerns, clarifying any production order queries, last minute additions, etc.
Knowledge of all Pastry methods involved in the preparation of viennoiserie.
Maintain open communication between Pastry Kitchen and other departments.
