Baker

Coniston Bakery is currently looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Baker to join their team in Coniston NSW 2500.

The Successful Candidates Will Need To Undertake And Possess: Preparing, mixing, cutting and shaping dough ready for baking.Monitoring proving, cooking and cooling times, and ensuring appearances of items are consistent.Utilizing various baking techniques and methods.Weighing ingredients and keeping track of the production schedule.Stock management and ordering.Cleaning and equipment upkeep. Skills And Abilities: Ideally have a Certificate III in Baking / Certificate III in Breadmaking or equivalent.Minimum of 3 years' experience in a relevant field.Ability to work in a team environment.
Salary range is $70,000 - $85,000 pa, commensurate with experience.

Full-time position available.
