Qualified Bakers needed for a full-time role at Bakers Delight East Warrnambool. Responsibilities include preparing high-quality bakery products, operating machines, decorating cakes, and maintaining a clean environment. Requirements include relevant qualifications or 3+ years of verifiable work experience, flexibility to work across 7 days including public holidays, and ability to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:Preparation and production of quality bakery productsOperating machines and toolsDecorating cakes with glazes, icing, and edible toppingsPreparing pastry fillingsCoordinating bread, roll, and pastry productionMaintaining machine and premises cleanlinessMonitoring oven temperatures and product appearancesRequirements:Relevant AQF Certificate IV or higher qualifications3+ years of verifiable work experience as a Baker in absence of formal qualificationsFlexible availability to work across 7 days including public holidaysAbility to work under pressure and within time constraintsManual handling and physical staminaPassion, punctuality, reliability, and good organisation skills
