Duties include:
Preparation and baking of White Sourdough, Wholemeal Sourdough, 7 Grain Sourdough, Light Rye Sourdough, Dark Rye Sourdough, and Fig and Berry Sourdough loaves of bread;Performing cutting, moulding, and mixing dough skills for artisan bread and sourdough bread products;Monitoring oven temperatures and product appearance to determine baking times;Precisely scale, shape, and score loaves.
Assure finished baked products meet quality standards;Mix and process dough, setting time and temperature for the best proving and baking procedures;Accurately follow recipes in the preparation of all dough.
Correctly and safely utilize all mixing, lamination, and baking equipment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
